Eating Habits

I changed my eating habits significantly. I don't eat as much friend foods as I used to. I eat fruit and veggies daily. I watch my calories, fat and sugar intake. I eat baked or grilled the things I used to fry. It was very hard to give up on my fried chicken...ooooo weeee. Now I eat a leg if I eat fried chicken, it has the fewest calories and fat.
