I worked out Friday night and Sunday night for the first time in 2wks after leg injuries. It was tough but it was sooo good. I had to push myself to finish. I rode on my exercise bike for 30 mins on Friday and rode for 50 mins on Sunday.
I am ready to hit it hard like I did before. I plan on doing my crunches with my exercise ball on tonight.
