It has been a while since I have posted. I am still going strong on my journey. I am at a plateau right now but I am motivated more than ever. I am not where I want to be but thank God I am not where I was a year ago. As I look back, I can say I have been successful.
Distractions can cause major problems on a weight loss journey, on any journey for that matter. We should not let negative people or stress get in our way. I found out that others on the weight loss journey may become major distractions as well. We shouldn't let nothing turn us around. We have to keep on pushing!! Until next time....

Walking
I have been walking over 6 miles everyday for the past 2 weeks and it feels good!! I walk everyday. I will lose this extra weight in no time!! I am so thankful. My goal is to inspire and motivate others. No excuses and never give up!!

Wow!!!
I have been walking and walking lately. My husband pushed me last night to run while we were walking. I walked nearly all day at work and I walked and ran at home. I also rode on my exercise bike.
I have 63 more pounds I need to lose by the end of the year. Once I lose those pounds, I will be at my normal weight for my height. I have many little goals I will accomplish before I reach my ultimate goal.
I will switch up my routine daily but walking is what I like to do right now and of course my exercise bike.

Highly motivated
I have been watching The Biggest Loser and it has motivated me even MORE. I have been walking more, riding my exercise bike more and eating better. I slacked off for a min but I am back and more determined than EVER. I know I can do this!!.
Those people on The Biggest Loser have lost an amazing amount of weight. I know if they can be committed like that, so can I.
Even though life can sometimes get you down, we can't quit. I know I can do anything that I put my mind on to do. I am my own worst critic, but God be the glory. I am going to continue to lose this weight and I know I am going to feel much better after I do.

Work-out
I worked out Friday night and Sunday night for the first time in 2wks after leg injuries. It was tough but it was sooo good. I had to push myself to finish. I rode on my exercise bike for 30 mins on Friday and rode for 50 mins on Sunday.
I am ready to hit it hard like I did before. I plan on doing my crunches with my exercise ball on tonight.

Eating Habits
I changed my eating habits significantly. I don't eat as much friend foods as I used to. I eat fruit and veggies daily. I watch my calories, fat and sugar intake. I eat baked or grilled the things I used to fry. It was very hard to give up on my fried chicken...ooooo weeee. Now I eat a leg if I eat fried chicken, it has the fewest calories and fat.
