Wow!!!

I have been walking and walking lately. My husband pushed me last night to run while we were walking. I walked nearly all day at work and I walked and ran at home. I also rode on my exercise bike.

I have 63 more pounds I need to lose by the end of the year. Once I lose those pounds, I will be at my normal weight for my height. I have many little goals I will accomplish before I reach my ultimate goal.

I will switch up my routine daily but walking is what I like to do right now and of course my exercise bike.
