Walking
I have been walking over 6 miles everyday for the past 2 weeks and it feels good!! I walk everyday. I will lose this extra weight in no time!! I am so thankful. My goal is to inspire and motivate others. No excuses and never give up!!

Wow!!!
I have been walking and walking lately. My husband pushed me last night to run while we were walking. I walked nearly all day at work and I walked and ran at home. I also rode on my exercise bike.
I have 63 more pounds I need to lose by the end of the year. Once I lose those pounds, I will be at my normal weight for my height. I have many little goals I will accomplish before I reach my ultimate goal.
I will switch up my routine daily but walking is what I like to do right now and of course my exercise bike.

Highly motivated
I have been watching The Biggest Loser and it has motivated me even MORE. I have been walking more, riding my exercise bike more and eating better. I slacked off for a min but I am back and more determined than EVER. I know I can do this!!.
Those people on The Biggest Loser have lost an amazing amount of weight. I know if they can be committed like that, so can I.
Even though life can sometimes get you down, we can't quit. I know I can do anything that I put my mind on to do. I am my own worst critic, but God be the glory. I am going to continue to lose this weight and I know I am going to feel much better after I do.
